LMI Technologies officially launched the Gocator® 6.0, a web-enabled 3D inspection software which comprises significant user interface improvements for enhanced productivity. Among the new UI developments, the Tools Diagram brings easy viewing and managing of relationships between tools. The Multi-measurement Data Viewing enables increased workflow efficiency. Moreover, the Multi-window Data Viewing is designed for faster development and troubleshooting. Last, the Dashboard Data Viewing gives greater visibility into measurement results.
New smart features and capabilities to make 3D measurement and inspection simpler and more efficient
Gocator® 6.0 also allows users to pair different models from the same Gocator 3D line profiler series for increased scanning flexibility. Furthermore, users can now integrate Universal Robots (UR) with Gocator® 3D laser line profile sensors. Chi Ho Ng, LMI Technologies Senior Director of Technology explained: “Features like the Tools Diagram, multi-measurement data viewing, and multi-window data viewing give customers more flexibility and control over their inspection process. In addition, mixed model multi-sensor networking and support for UR robot integration with Gocator line profilers provide extended options for system configuration and greater factory automation,”.
