Geppert Band's product range now includes a flat belt conveyor with plastic module chain. Within 48 hours, it can be produced in any desired length between 0.5 and 6 m. Four plastic chain widths between 152 and 610 mm are available. The new EM-F, all of whose axes and bearings are made entirely of stainless steel, stands out due to its streamlined design. For example, the width of the frame only exceeds that of the chain by a mere 18 mm. At the deflection point it is only 44 mm wider. The frame including the chain is 95 mm high. The modular plastic chains fulfil the hygiene standards required in food, pharmaceutical and chemical production, as does the entire belt conveyor. The chains are easy to remove and clean. Furthermore, they are particularly hard-wearing and easy to maintain thanks to the possibility of replacing individual links.
