The Stealth Gen II Gearheads were designed to enhance the performance of the present generation gearheads. Enhancements include higher radial load capacities, increased service life and ease of mounting to any servo motor. The initial release will cover frame sizes 60mm, 90mm and the 115mm. They provide performance enhancements that include higher radial load capacities and increased service life resulting from incorporation of more robust bearing support, dual angular contact bearings to support the output carrier, full-complement needle bearings to support the planet gears and optimized gearing geometries. Internal design changes allow for one fill level for any orientation, resulting in shortened part number designation and simplified order placement. The redesign incorporates a simplified motor mounting kit design, which will promote the ability to build to stock allowing for quicker deliveries. The universal mounting kits are designed to be used across multiple product lines.
