Super Ion Air Wipe

The Super Ion Air Wipe uses a uniform 360° ionized airstream to discharge and clean moving surfaces and parts. Two shockless ionizing points powered by a UL Listed 5kV power supply fills the airstream with static eliminating ions due to which the airflow attaches itself to the surface of the material running through the air wipe. With only a small amount of compressed air static electricity and contaminants can be eliminated even for high speed processes and over long distances. Constructed out of aluminum it is lightweight. It is available with a 2'' (51mm) and 4'' (102mm) diameter.
