ThermoMETER series CX, CS and CS micro

The thermoMETER series infrared temperature sensors are available as OEM versions for use in high volume production. These temperature sensors can be found in the standard range as either very compact, miniature versions or – completely new – in an extremely robust version. Due to its robust construction, the new CX thermoMETER series is suitable for demanding mechanical applications. The sensor provides the signal using a single twin-wire cable, which also powers the unit, whereby signal-dependent current flows at the same time. The wiring complexity is therefore significantly reduced. Individual sensor settings are carried out using the special CompactConnect software. The CX is suitable for temperature ranges from -30 up to 900°C and is available with an extremely high resolution of 0.025°C. They are the miniature sensors in the range. For the CS, all the electronics is located in the sensor housing and in the cable for the CS micro.
