Nippon Pulse introduces its new PFC35TH tin-can stepper motor which offers high torque in a thin stack package. The company currently offers its stepper with 48 steps per revolution and a unipolar winding. The product offers a maximum holding torque of 33mN•m, 8mN•m greater than the standard PFC35 motor and 6mN•m greater than the PF35T stepper (also a thin stack model). Despite having a greater holding torque, the PFC35TH weighs eight grams less than the PFC35T (80g vs. 88g) and equal to the standard PF35 motor. The stepper measures 15mm at its widest point, over 5mm less than the standard PF35 motor.
