The grippers MPPM1606, MPLM3240 and MPLF3270 from Gimatic are suitable for clean rooms use and compliant with GMP Grade A and B cleanliness standards. Their cover is made of Silicone Silpuran®Wacker FDA 21 CFR §177.2600. They are compatible with hydrogen peroxide (VHP-H2O2) and UV cleaning procedures.

Their transparent surface enables to read the LEDs of the internal sensors and the power supply status LEDs. In addition, their hygienic design surface prevents the build-up of bacteria. They feature ISO14644-1 certification for ISO 4 cleanrooms. The hygienic screws are made of stainless steel (Novonox). Last, the grippers come with an anti-rotation system for easy fastening of gripping fingers.
