Turkish Machinery Promotion Group (TMPG) took place with a 100 m² info stand at the most important industry fair organization, Hannover Fair which was held in Hannover between April 8-12, 2013. TMPG left its mark at Hannover with numerous promotional activities and advertisements. The advertisements representing 8.000 Turkish Machinery Exporters, were placed at the airport, railways and towers, taxi stands, shuttles, billboards at the fair ground.

TMPG was also the sponsor of the Opening Ceremony attended by Angela Merkel, The Prime Minister of Germany and Vladimir Putin, Head of State of Russia.

Chairman of the Board, Adnan DALGAKIRAN, Vice President Serol ACARKAN, Board Members Sevda Kayhan YILMAZ, Ali EREN and Ferdi Murat GÜL also participated to the Hannover Industry Fair as the representatives of Machinery & Accessories Exporters Union and Turkish Machinery Promotion Group. During the exhibition, meetings about machinery sector have been realized with the organizations such as VDMA, IHK Potsdam, IHK Chemnitz with the participation of Board Members.

In addition, a press conference was held with the participation of approximately 35 foreign and 6 Turkish press members on April 10, 2013. The opening speech of the press conference was done by Adnan DALGAKIRAN, the chairman of the board and a presentation was made about the Turkish machinery sector and the foreign trade between Germany and Turkey by Sevda Kayhan YILMAZ. At the press conference, a protocol has been signed with, the Ostwestfalen Lippe Maschinenbau (OWL), a machinery union, to improve the cooperation between the two countries.
