Twin Distributors

Suitable for signal distribution in constricted spaces, Binder's M12/M8 twin distributors waive the need for unnecessary cords. They have mounting holes that allow local fixing and two M4x20 stainless steel screws are included. Immune against dust, humidity, and vibration, the distributors are enclosed in a robust PUR housing that ensures a long operating life and resistance to chemicals. Also available as molded versions, they are equipped with LEDs that allow the control of the switching status of the connected components. When mated and locked, the connections are protected to IP67. Depending on the version, the internal wiring two sensors/actors can be scanned or the twin distributor allows the connection of active participants to the bus line; for example CAN or Device Net. The molded versions are available with PUR cable and a standard length of 1m with further length possibilities being available on request.
