The latest generation of microsonic's ucs sensors is now equipped with two Push-Pull switching outputs. They feature an IO-Link interface in version 1.1.2 and Smart Sensor Profile. In addition to the measured distance values, identification, status and diagnostic values can be transmitted at the same time via IO-Link. Maximum range or switching points can be easily set via IO-Link, which significantly increases operating comfort. Two detection ranges are available: 250 mm and 350 mm. The sensors offer automatic synchronization, for simultaneous operation of up to 10 sensors in close quarters.
ucs ultrasonic sensors detect all types of objects, whether solid, liquid, powdery or transparent, without contact. The ucs ultrasonic sensors in a robust metal housing are mechanically compatible with the industry standard for opto-sensors. This makes it easier to switch to ultrasonic sensors for critical applications in harsh environments. They work with a 0.1 mm resolution and have an integrated temperature compensation. The operation voltage is between 10 and 30 V.
