Machines must solve various motion tasks, and there are just as many approaches to solve them. Design engineers want to change to energy saving hydraulics but without having to pay high costs for selection, design, programming, and commissioning. The technical competence of Bosch Rexroth allows the development of an integrated solution from one source: the Sytronix family, where Rexroth combined its hydraulic pumps and electric drives. When choosing Sytronix kits that are designed for the respective motion task, the supplier provides advice. For instance the 14 kits of the FcP 5000 series are in particular suitable for simple hydraulic tasks, such as clamping or gripping. In these economic solutions, frequency converters with internal gear pumps handle the demand-depending power generation. For more sophisticated tasks in plastic machinery or forming technology, designers can choose among 47 pre-configured kits of the SvP 7000 series. These kits cover a wide range of applications in five performance classes with various servo-motors and pump types. More than 80 kits of the product series DFEn 5000 are particularly suitable for axis control tasks in the high power range. The intelligent pump controls the swivelling angle and the motor speed and is suited for the four quadrant operation. Users reduce power consumption of the hydraulics by up to 80 percent with Sytronix while being able to keep the same productivity. Apart from that, they reduce the medium noise emission by up to 20 dB (A) and increase the lifetime of the hydraulic medium through lower heat input.
