Versa+ offers an automatic cleaning system with three process stages occupying less than 2m space in overall line length. The flexible process configuration makes the Versa+ suitable in electronics and semiconductor industries, PVD and other coating applications. Tank volumes range from 40 to 160l. Typical cleaning processes include ultrasonics or immersed jetting cleaning, single or multiple rinses in city or demineralised water, and hot air or vacuum drying. Each tank is operated by a digital operator panel which is linked to central PLC system for easy operating and also retrofitting of basket handling automation. Automation systems are available for 10 or 20kg basket weights. A modular drum tumbling system for cleaning of complex parts may be integrated in the latter. Basket handling by pneumatic assist lift is available for up to 30kg basket weight.
