WEG, a leading manufacturer of automation and drive and control technologies, has moved to larger premises in Redditch, Worcestershire, as it continues to grow in the UK. As a result, the company will be able to provide customers with improved lead times of motors, drive and control equipment and faster order processing.
WEG's new 11,895 m² site in Lakeside, Redditch, includes a 10,595 m² warehouse, which is much larger than its previous one. As such, WEG can now hold more stock, enabling it to supply OEMs and engineers more quickly to meet their demands.

"Like many of our customers, we give high priority to efficiency," says Richard Crook, operations manager at WEG. "With our new facility we can provide better and faster service from order receipt to delivery and assist our customers more quickly with custom modifications or technical problems."
