The first part of WIN - World of Industry - welcomed thousands of professionals from all over the world and neighboring countries in particular between 5 - 8 February 2009 at TUYAP Fair and Congress Center, Istanbul, Turkey. The show proved to be a good meeting place in the Eurasian and Middle Eastern Regions with 8% more exhibiting companies compared to last year and represented brands as well as supporting companies. This year's fair hosted 659 exhibitors from 24 countries, which showcased their latest technologies on a net area of 22,650 sqm dedicated to the four manufacturing sectors of machinery, welding, surface treatment and materials handling,. As a result of intensive national and international promotion campaigns, 43,645 visitors from 52 countries found out about the latest trends and innovations of the relevant industries at the show.
