Modern work places made by Schmidt Technology are ergonomically height adjustable, according to the size of the operator, and they can also be adjusted flexible as well as seating or as standing work place. This is enabled by the use of a hydraulic lift table with foot rest or by an electrically height adjustable press base. The design of the required safeguard with U-light curtain top/bottom is also user-friendly, simple and easy. The removal of the housing in the working area makes the work piece handling much easier, whether this relates bulky parts or the simple and rapid feeding or discharge of the parts from one side to the other. The process reliability has been improved by the integration of a barcode scanner as well for parts- and tool detection as for the registration of order- or batch numbers. With the additional documentation of process results and -specifications via the DataBase software, the analysis and traceability is ensured all times. This user-friendly and process-safe work place design enables significant cost savings.
